Datacenter Program Manager – Compliance is responsible for acting as the single point of contact for datacenter audits, compliance initiatives, and ongoing operational activities, including site safety drills and tabletop exercises. You will embody the One Microsoft culture, lead through change, and promote a culture of safety and security in global datacenter operations by adhering to CO+I safety programs and compliance requirements. The role requires developing positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring auditable documentation is maintained in accordance with retention policies, and managing environmental, emergency, and business continuity plans for the datacenter metro. Approximately 25% of time is spent on the data center floor to uphold metro-wide standards for cleanliness, 5S, life safety, and on-site operations across all data centers. This is an on-site role based in Quincy, Washington, United States. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or large-scale server and network deployment projects, or an equivalent background. Microsoft Cloud Background Check is required upon hire and every two years thereafter. Preferred qualifications include a track record of operational excellence, ability to build productive relationships, experience managing compliance in large-scale infrastructure, and strong communication skills. Salary ranges vary by location, with a general United States range of USD 102,600 to 202,800 per year and higher location-specific ranges (e.g.,
