Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is seeking a full-time Account Executive to support the placement and management of complex liability insurance programs for clients within Property and Casualty. The role involves working with a North American Casualty team to prepare underwriting submissions for London insurers and to navigate London Market Reform Contracts, including quotes, binders, and policy reviews. You will undertake renewal market presentations, negotiate terms, optimise revenue from new and existing clients, ensure transparency of commitments to carriers and clients, and ensure compliant processing of contracts in line with FCA requirements. In addition to placement, you will develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, preserve and grow relationships with US retail networks and client servicing teams, respond to ad hoc client service requirements, and identify cross-selling opportunities. You will understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions, build strong relationships with clients and internal partners, manage changes in client circumstances, liaise across WTW specialties to maintain a consistent approach, and coordinate with offshore processing centres to ensure timely premium payments. The position is based in London with hybrid working style.
