MSX International is seeking a Key Account Manager to partner with automotive workshops in our network to help them reach higher levels of performance and sales. Using our in-house next-generation AI platforms and a wealth of automotive data, you will enhance workshop performance, capacity, and revenue. Key responsibilities include conducting sales visits and building strong relationships with workshop partners; analyzing sales performance and developing strategies to achieve targets; promoting quality standards and operational efficiency across the network; providing expert advice on spare parts inventory and business improvements; implementing company standards and marketing initiatives; presenting proposals, sales deals, and performance data to key customers; utilizing the CRM platform for lead management, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting; and monitoring, reporting, and gathering accurate market data to inform strategic planning. Qualifications: Proven experience in the automotive industry (service advisor, parts service, service consultant, technician, or workshop manager); strong sales track record with demonstrated ability to achieve targets; excellent coaching, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others; proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms; comfortable adapting to new technologies; fluent in German and English.
