We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for a defined portion of our global workforce across multiple hubs, including London, Paris, New York and Tel Aviv, with additional territories as we grow. The role is KPI-driven and built around four pillars: candidate attraction, sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. You will develop AI-enabled sourcing strategies, present hiring data to senior stakeholders, and act as the go-to expert on modern recruitment practices within the People function. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment delivery across hubs, owning the requisition process from intake to close, managing a portfolio of roles, and partnering with hiring managers to design bias-aware interview processes. You will lead sourcing and talent pipelining, proactively sourcing candidates, building pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles, and continuously testing channels based on data. You will own the candidate experience, set expectations, gather feedback, and ensure every candidate leaves with a positive impression of YOOBIC.
