About the role As we scale globally, we are seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead our engineering hiring function. This is a true player-coach role: you will personally lead recruitment for some of Verda's most critical engineering positions while leading a small team of recruiters and sourcers. You will establish the hiring strategy, processes, and standards that enable the team to scale as the business grows.
