Isio is seeking an experienced Client Project Manager with deep pensions industry expertise to lead complex GMP-related client projects and influence senior stakeholders. The role sits within the Pensions Project Management Team of the Actuarial & Consulting service line, delivering high-profile, strategic client engagements across the firm, while mentoring project managers and contributing to the evolution of our project management capabilities. You will work on GMPe projects with the GMPe Programme Director to achieve desired outcomes and collaborate with Isio’s Pension Administration and Operational Solutions teams on data transformation and insurance transactions (including buy-ins and buy-outs). Responsibilities include defining and managing project strategy and full lifecycle delivery for multiple clients, stakeholder management at senior levels, business development activities, resource and financial oversight, and ongoing proposition development. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex client projects in the pensions sector, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, strong communication and presentation skills, IT proficiency (MS Office and MS Project), and a professional qualification such as APM PMQ or Chartered Project Professional (ChPP).
