Part-time Territory Training & Sales Manager (TTSM) in the San Diego area. This remote, work-from-home role focuses on installing and training customers in using ClearCaptions equipment and services, primarily for individuals with hearing loss, in their homes. You will develop leads through referrals, build relationships with hearing care providers and other partners, and organize events to educate customers about their entitlements.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Install the ClearCaptions Phone and connect it to customers’ existing services; provide training on features and usage.
Educate customers and follow up to support retention.
Schedule trainings to maximize opportunities; manage equipment and supply inventory.
Generate leads through referrals and partnerships; organize customer events in the territory.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
Maintain customer and territory records using Salesforce and other tools.
Travel within the territory as needed; some air travel may be required. A valid driver’s license and personal automobile are required.
Work from a local home office with high-speed internet; proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
Ability to travel extensively by car within the territory; occasional air travel.
Sales experience or prior work with seniors preferred.
Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons; excellent communication and relationship-buildin
