Role and responsibilities: You will own the reliability of our Azure SaaS estate serving thousands of organizations worldwide. You will define SLOs and error budgets, automate toil away, and design the platform to recover itself rather than reacting to incidents. You will lead incident response with blameless postmortems and drive improvements through CI CD enhancements such as canaries safe rollouts and automated rollback. You will standardize observability and scale capacity planning across regions. You will bring AI native reliability practices to detection diagnosis and remediation. You will work with SaaS infrastructure cloud engineering and product squads to ship reliable software. What we look for: At least five years of hands on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer operating a production cloud on Azure.
