Qualifications include strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, proficiency with Microsoft applications, ability to work independently with good judgment, handling of confidential information, project management capabilities, and successful completion of a Health Care Sanctions background check. Education/Experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience in managed care pharmacy benefits, pharmacy technician or related discipline, one year of customer service experience, and a preference for Medicare Advantage experience.
