We are seeking an Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of ticket sales for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

Your Role on the Team: - Proactively generate season ticket and membership revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations - Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity standards - Create tailored membership packages and experiences that align with client needs and drive long-term value and retention - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market research - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal systems (CRM, etc.) - Attend games and events to host clients, build relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunities - Support department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in membership strategy - Perform other duties as as
