Staffmatch is hiring an Account Manager (M/F) in Levallois-Perret, France, for a permanent contract (CDI). Based at the company headquarters in Levallois-Perret, you will be responsible for developing, retaining and renewing a portfolio of major accounts, while ensuring high-quality client relationships and deploying signed contracts.

Key responsibilities: - Onboard new clients from contract signature and oversee their operational deployment. - Coordinate service delivery with regional agencies and internal teams. - Manage relationships with client stakeholders (Purchasing, HR, Operations) to ensure a durable partnership. - Be heavily involved in contractual aspects: negotiating terms, SLAs, penalties, and operational feasibility (payroll, VMS, invoicing, marketing, etc.). - Monitor performance indicators, prepare and lead Business Reviews with clients. - Identify growth opportunities on existing accounts and contribute to their expansion. - Anticipate contract renewals, support renegotiations, and secure continuity of partnerships. - Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, billing follow-up and dispute resolution. - Provide regular reporting to the Team Leader.
