Power Factors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate internal and external resources to support the fulfillment of utility-scale SCADA projects across Europe. The Project Manager will coordinate with sales staff, technical managers, support personnel, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to manage projects from sales through commissioning and ensure successful handoffs between cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will serve as the primary client interface for SCADA systems for Renewable Energy Sources and will work collaboratively with local team members in Greece while regularly coordinating with global resources. Responsibilities include planning and enforcing SCADA project execution plans, owning project timelines and milestones, maintaining daily client communication, adopting and enforcing company processes and project management tools, defining scope of work and milestones, maintaining and updating project plans with a focus on billing and timelines, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and regional stakeholders, overseeing handoffs to support teams, documenting scope, tasks, and deliverables, participating in coordination meetings and providing status updates, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans, managing change orders, and ensuring quality assurance and Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site. Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering (or related field), at least five years of project management experience in renewable energy, power systems
