About the role

Ubiquiti Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join Team UI in Stockholm, Sweden. In this hybrid role, you will create state-of-the-art mobile apps that combine powerful performance with elite user experience, collaborating with developers across multiple R&D sites worldwide in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Android applications with a focus on quality, performance, and UX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global R&D sites in an agile setting.
Contribute to code quality through reviews, tests, and best practices.

Requirements

Nice to have:

At least 5 years of experience in an Android development role.
Proven track record of releasing and maintaining Android apps.
Proficiency with Android Studio; strong knowledge of RxJava and Kotlin.
Experience consuming REST interfaces and building asynchronous networking clients.
Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Codex is a plus.
Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
Experience with WebRTC and BLE.
International work environment.
