CDL is seeking a Business Analyst to join its agile, cross-functional software engineering teams within Digital Delivery. In this role you will work with Product Owners, analysts and software engineers to identify and analyse business requirements and support application and process changes through the delivery lifecycle. As part of the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC), you will shape requirements, validate AI-generated outputs and help ensure solutions deliver value safely and effectively. You will operate across business, product and technology teams, collaborating to turn outcomes into actionable delivery plans. You will participate in the Analyst community of practice, receive coaching and mentoring, and have opportunities to broaden your skills and progress within the Business Analysis profession.
