An experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach is needed to support two delivery teams as they transition into Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) and adopt more agile ways of working. This role focuses on helping teams, Product Owners and stakeholders embrace an agile mindset, improve collaboration, and build sustainable delivery practices during a period of significant change.
You will work across two squads with varying levels of agile maturity, creating an environment where agile principles can thrive and helping teams understand why they work in certain ways rather than simply following a framework.

Key responsibilities: - Coach Product Owners, squad members and stakeholders on agile principles and ways of working. - Facilitate effective planning, refinement, review and retrospective sessions. - Support teams through organizational and cultural change. - Help establish team rhythms, delivery practices and continuous improvement approaches. - Adapt agile frameworks to suit the needs of the teams rather than applying Scrum rigidly. - Build strong relationships and influence across technology and business stakeholders. - Create psychologically safe environments where teams can challenge, learn and improve.
