This hybrid Tallinn, Estonia-based role involves managing contracts, keeping customer information up to date, and maintaining accurate sales records. You will identify new business opportunities, conduct active sales, and contribute to customer satisfaction and the company’s sales results. Requirements include strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, experience in sales, account management, or customer service, a proactive mindset, the ability to stay solution-focused under pressure, fluency in Estonian and English (Russian a plus), and good Excel skills with the ability to work independently.
