We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager for our Engineering Services Business Area to drive the people agenda across a growing international organization. Based in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany, this role is hybrid with three days per week in the office. You will report to the CHRO and partner with the Engineering Services leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, supporting operations in Germany and the Netherlands and coordinating HR teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
