You will report to the France Commercial Director and work closely with the sales team (6 account executives across France) and the Marketing & Events intern. Your mission is to drive the activities that precede demonstrations, enabling our sales engineers to focus on closing deals. Your responsibilities fall into three pillars:

Outbound Prospecting & Qualification (40%) - Identify appropriate public sector buyers (municipalities, housing authorities, public institutions) and reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn. - Leverage scraping tools, Sales Navigator, and AI to personalize messages. - Create automated email sequences (e.g., Lemlist) and structured call cadences, continuously optimizing based on response rates. - Qualify prospect needs and book demonstrations directly in the engineers’ calendars with a clear prospect context.

HubSpot Database Management (30%) - Clean and standardize the existing contact database (remove duplicates, update outdated information, reassign roles). - Continuously enrich the database with new contacts and organizational updates to maintain a healthy prospect pool. - Implement lead scoring
