Your responsibilities include conducting software demonstrations and guiding prospects from the initial meeting to contract signing. You will consult property managers on an equal footing and show them, based on their specific challenges, how PROPbase simplifies their processes. You will lead sales conversations, negotiate contracts, and close sales cycles. You will build long-term relationships with potential customers and develop them further. Your insights and feedback from customer conversations will feed directly into product management. You will work closely with Product and Customer Success.

Qualifications: hands-on experience in real estate management; a strong sales orientation; professional, confident, and persuasive; fluent German in speaking and writing; high IT affinity; ability to work independently, goal-oriented and reliable; Category B driving license.
