NestAI is seeking a People Partner to shape the community and employee experience as the company grows. This hybrid role is based in Helsinki with offices across Finland (including Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, and Oulu) and partners with leaders and employees to translate People strategy into practical programs, owning onboarding, buddy programs, probation milestones, offboarding, and documentation with a strong focus on compliance. The role designs scalable rituals and cross-office collaboration systems to help teams do their best work, builds onboarding and early employee experience, and supports managers with feedback and coaching. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Security, Finance, and Marketing to automate and improve People workflows using modern tools and AI, while leveraging employee feedback to surface organizational trends and continuously refine the employee experience as NestAI scales.
