The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a comprehensive document control system for all project-related documents; receiving, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing documents in a timely manner; ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrievability; maintaining document registers and archives; implementing and monitoring document control procedures and workflows; assisting in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other project materials; collaborating with project teams to ensure version control and revision management; conducting regular audits; training and supporting team members on document control processes and systems; and assisting in the implementation of electronic document management systems.
