We are seeking an independent, experienced professional who will actively contribute to ensuring the quality standard of our products by selecting and defining the right tests. Your main responsibilities: Prepare, process, and evaluate test protocols, CVRs, and test reports; Plan and trigger tests (type tests and development-support tests); Maintain test-related documents in the system; Develop and maintain the basis for releasing technical data; Contribute to the creation and maintenance of assembly instructions and technical documentation; Engage in technical discussions with customers and product managers; Identify obstacles and issues and develop appropriate solutions; Provide technical support for our sites worldwide. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering; Several years of experience in testing (type testing) and standardization (IEC, UL); Business administration training advantageous; Good communicator, fluent in German and English; Experience with numerical simulation environments advantageous; Team player with a confident presence and assertiveness; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
