Believe is seeking a Customer Success Assistant (Internship) to join its global Customer Success team in Paris, France. This internship offers hands-on experience in designing and optimizing processes, tools, and analyses to maximize the effectiveness of our commercial teams, while working daily with artists and labels. You will become immersed in Believe's ecosystem, learn our core Customer Success services, and contribute real value by proposing innovative ideas to improve tools, processes, and the overall efficiency of our international team. Your mission, which may evolve during the internship, includes: Internal project coordination from design to deployment; collaboration with platform experts to create educational and strategic content for local teams as well as for Artists and Labels; coordinating international teams and reporting: weekly dissemination of platform news and the latest audio and video strategies to international teams; monitoring international teams' activity and sharing results with senior management; onboarding and training of local teams; creating and updating training content; producing articles for the knowledge base to equip local teams with the expertise to deploy best strategies for developing local artists and labels.
