Key responsibilities include end-to-end delivery across 2–4 squads, owning the tribe roadmap, coordinating cross-squad dependencies, maintaining RAID logs, and ensuring governance artefacts and go/no-go readiness for material releases. The role emphasizes delivering business value and OKRs, budgeting, vendor coordination, and guiding teams on responsible AI practices, data quality, explainability and model governance.
