What you will do: - Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls - Serve German-speaking clients via phone and other channels - Build and maintain B2C relationships - Achieve individual and team targets - Renegotiate contracts and recover at-risk clients

What we offer: - Salary: PLN gross per month or more, depending on targets in Customer Success - probationary contract (UZ) with the possibility to transition to permanent employment (UoP) - Hybrid work arrangement (office in Dzwonowice, Poland) - 5-day work week in a two-shift schedule (9:00–17:00 / 11:00–19:00) - Company laptop/computer to perform your job effectively - Subsidy for Multisport card and LuxMed private medical care - 30% discount on all Coding Giants programming courses - A chance to enroll one of our programming courses for your child for 1 PLN - Opportunities for growth, initiative, and a sense of ownership within our culture - Numerous team events, celebrations, and memories - The rewarding experience of helping young people acquire future-ready skills
