About the role

HR Generalist / People & Culture Administrator at Primark is sought to join our store HR team in Italy. Location: Northern Italy or Central-Southern Italy, with housing allowance up to €2,000 gross per month for 18 months and reimbursement of relocation expenses. Contract: permanent, classified under the CCNL Commercio - Distribuzione e Servizi “ConfCommercio” with a gross annual salary of €28,500 (14 monthly payments). Work arrangement: on-site. Full-time, 40 hours per week, five days a week, with shifts from Monday to Sunday. Willingness to relocate nationwide is required, with a preference for the North or Central-South regions.

Job description: As the P&C Administrator, you will report to the Store P&C Business Partner and, with increasing autonomy, manage HR processes for the store, including: - Administration: attendance, shift changes, sickness, holidays, payroll slips; - Organization: understanding the scheduling logic, supporting Managers to create rosters based on commercial commitments, organizing vacation plans; - Selection: posting job ads, CV screening, and interviews for Sales Assistants at the reference store; - Training: onboarding and induction programs, and development plans for new colleagues; - Safety: coordinating mandatory training for store staff, reporting, PPE, and emergency plans.
