We are looking for a Project Manager who can turn creative ideas into real deliverables, coordinate and optimize the entire project pipeline, and ensure consistency with Brand and our global standards. You will own the project, create efficient workflows, accelerate launches, and help drive project outcomes that impact revenue. What you'll do: Lead and coordinate creative teams (editors, designers, and creators). Prioritize tasks, plan production calendars, and maximize team potential without burnout while maintaining a high-paced rhythm. Document processes, anticipate bottlenecks, and structure pipelines to run like clockwork. Own deadlines and final results with a time-to-market mindset. Where and how we work: Location options: Barcelona or Andorra la Vella, Spain, or other parts of Spain if you have what we’re looking for. Hybrid model: ability to telework with in-office presence when needed to boost energy and collaboration. Typical schedule: 12:00 to 21:00.
