As HR Manager you are the tactical and operational anchor of HR within SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions Nederland. You ensure a stable, professional, and predictable HR foundation and actively contribute to the development of people, teams, and the organization.
You are responsible for the full HR toolkit: from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to leadership development, career guidance, and a respectful completion of the employment relationship. You ensure processes, systems, and policy frameworks are clear and workable, so managers are well supported in their role as people managers.
You are visible and approachable and know what happens on the shop floor. At the same time you keep an eye on the interests and objectives of the organization. Employees feel heard and managers and the management team can rely on your clear advice, practical approach, and decisiveness.
You lead the HR team and ensure clear priorities, good task distribution, and further development of HR services.
