About the role

Coolr is seeking a talented Videographer to join our in-house production team on a 7-month fixed-term contract to create football-focused social content throughout the EFL season. The role involves traveling to EFL clubs across the UK to shoot and edit social-first content featuring players, teams and club environments. The work mix includes filming and editing, with post-production forming the majority of the workload. You should bring strong technical skills, creative thinking, and an understanding of what makes video content perform on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Experience with sports content and football is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Film high-quality, social-first content at EFL clubs and locations across the UK.
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; editing is the majority of the role.
Collaborate with producers, creatives, and videographers to bring ideas to life.
Direct players and contributors on set; create a relaxed environment and capture authentic performances.
Shoot interviews, behind-the-scenes content, challenges, and campaign content.
Enhance videos with captions, graphics, music, and sound design; deliver platform-ready content.
Manage footage and project files; maintain organized workflows.
Travel regularly across the UK; early starts, late finishes, overnight stays (3–4 per month), and some weekend shoots.
Stay up to date with social trends and video production best practices.

Requirements

A strong portfolio of social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
