About the role

Gocertify, a bootstrapped UK tech start-up that helps brands run smarter targeted reward campaigns, is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to own a portfolio of brand accounts and drive retention, adoption and revenue growth. We verify eligible audiences such as students, key workers and seniors to ensure brands reward the right customers. We work with over 500 brands including Samsung, Sainsbury’s and FARFETCH, and serve 2 million shoppers annually. The team of around 20 works remotely with monthly meetups in London.

Role overview: As a Senior CS Manager / Account Manager you will own a portfolio of brand accounts and be accountable for retention, adoption and revenue growth. You will work with the Head of Client Success to identify high-potential accounts, build structured account plans, lead commercial conversations, and progress growth opportunities. You will combine relationship management with strategic thinking to understand marketing, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty and partnership goals and translate them into practical campaign recommendations and commercial opportunities.

What you will focus on: - Own and grow your portfolio by building account plans that connect client goals to revenue opportunities, running structured QBRs, and identifying expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Own renewals and reduce churn by monitoring account health through feedback and usage data, and conducting commercial conversations around value and contracts. - Help clients get more from Gocertify by delivering practical campaign recommendations and su
