Finance Customer Support Specialist — Manchester, United Kingdom (hybrid, part-time 25 hours per week) Overview: Awaze is seeking a Finance Customer Support Specialist to help ensure guest payments are processed accurately and finance queries are resolved quickly. Responsibilities include processing refunds and cancellations, investigating chargebacks and payment disputes, reconciling booking systems, bank receipts and OTA accounts, resolving payment queries from guests and internal teams, maintaining accurate financial records, and collaborating with colleagues across Finance and Customer Services to solve issues and support process improvements. What you’ll do: - Process guest refunds and cancellations accurately. - Investigate chargebacks and payment disputes. - Reconcile booking systems, bank receipts and OTA accounts. - Resolve payment queries from guests and internal teams. - Maintain accurate financial records. - Work with Finance and Customer Services to solve issues. - Support process improvements and finance projects as needed.
