Position: Agency Director to lead one of our strategic accounts in the banking/finance sector, with management of six Business Development Engineers.
Key responsibilities: - Define and drive the commercial strategy for your business unit. - Manage the agency’s financial performance. - Lead and develop a team of Business Development Engineers. - Strengthen Meritis presence on the account (existing reference) and conduct high-level negotiations. - Involve in recruitment of consultants and monitor progress. - Collaborate with internal teams (HR, recruitment, commercial directors). - Animate the agency’s operations and ensure smooth on-site collaboration between teams.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in agency leader
