The role focuses on leading the design and coordination of electrical (medium and low voltage), mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, IT, security, and low-current systems, acting as the principal interface between the client, design team, and contractors during design and construction phases. Responsibilities include coordinating design with specialists, supporting the design lead and Project Manager, coordinating installation teams on-site during construction, and managing contractor and design team activities to ensure contractual compliance, schedule adherence, quality, and safety. The MEP Manager will also support procurement and tender processes, assist with cost management, and coordinate commissioning activities with the Commissioning Manager. You will contribute to the project management system and uphold Quality, Environmental, and global standards.
