About the role: As a Senior Software Engineer you will deliver production work including legacy modernization through agentic workflows as part of the Phoenix team, setting the operating model for TOPdesk engineering. The work is customer facing you will build and modernize TOPdesk Knowledge Base expanding existing components shipping new features and improving the underlying technologies for a service management platform used by millions of people every day.
