We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Platform team and help shape how open platforms of the future enable healthcare and welfare improvements. You will work on backend services for the OpenEHR-based Clinical Data Repository (CDR), a core component of the Cambio Platform, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and evolving backend services; designing and operating containerized services; participating in code reviews and architectural discussions; building and improving CI/CD pipelines; monitoring, troubleshooting production systems; and collaborating on architecture, reliability, and security decisions. Requirements include strong experience with Java or Kotlin, a solid understanding of service-oriented architectures and microservices, familiarity with applying AI tools in the development workflow, and knowledge of secure software development practices (token-based authentication, identity federation, and Zero Trust). Excellent written and verbal English is required. Nice-to-have items include experience with OpenEHR, clinical information models, healthcare interoperability standards; experience in test automation; and familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps principles.
