You will join a two-year Graduate Programme supporting data engineering, analytics and digital delivery across major infrastructure and nuclear projects.

Responsibilities

Qualifications Essential:

Rotate across teams, projects and customers to broaden industry exposure
Develop and maintain engineering data pipelines and data integrations
Collect, cleanse, validate and transform data
Develop dashboards, reports and analytics products to support project decision-making
Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and information governance
Work with mentors and technical experts to develop data engineering and analytics skills
Participate in Graduate Forums and structured peer learning sessions
Support the implementation of digital and data platforms across engineering functions
Contribute to process improvement and evidence-based decision making through data insights
Develop an understanding of engineering data management within complex regulated environments
Degree in Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or similar
Strong interest in data engineering and analytics within engineering environments
Understanding of data structures, databases and reporting principles
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capab
