Regional Account Manager – Fire & Security

Securitas Technology Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Account Manager with a strong focus on new business development in the fire and security sector. The successful candidate will manage and grow existing commercial accounts while identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across the UK.

Responsibilities

Lead the full sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closing, meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
Maximise opportunities within allocated accounts and new business through a planned approach to achieve maximum gross margin.
Generate sales leads within a defined geographic territory through self-initiated outreach, cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Conduct quarterly customer visits to understand security requirements, grow the portfolio, and minimise attrition.
Deliver sales and technical presentations to customers and potential new clients at their premises or Securitas offices.
Plan accounts, map client organisations, and understand their security needs.
Perform site surveys to assess security requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
Prepare survey designs and scopes of works in line with NSI and company standards.
Identify and segment key accounts; proactively manage CRM activity and weekly opportunity pipeline reporting to the line manager.
Present regular business plans to senior management and provide weekly forecasts to leadership.
