Booking.com is seeking a full-time Account Executive in Munich, Germany. In this role you will support new and existing accommodation partners, guiding them on how to meet guest demand on Booking.com and helping to build partner pages and train properties to use Booking.com's extranet and related systems to improve availability and supply.
Key responsibilities: - Proactive outreach to partners to support business development in your region - Manage a portfolio as the primary contact, answering questions and following up as needed - Maintain strong partner relationships through regular performance calls to ensure optimal availability and competitive pricing - Become an expert in Booking.com's products to explain benefits to partners - Identify opportunities to improve business using segmentation to prioritize - Handle partner inquiries and resolve issues efficiently for business, partner, and customer - Support organization of partner events, workshops and webinars; attend and participate - Handle inbound calls and written requests from accommodation partners in Germany - Demonstrate team spirit on office-related projects and priority tasks
