You will work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, Sales, Operations and the Executive Team to build and maintain commercial models that underpin pricing, forecasting and budgeting across our portfolio of coworking, event and members’ spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes. Your work will help us understand what's driving performance, where to focus next, and how to optimise our spaces.

About you: You should be naturally curious, enjoy getting under the skin of a business, and use data to solve real commercial problems. You may already work in commercial finance, FP&A, financial analysis, pricing or another analytical role with a strong commercial mindset and technical skills. Excel is essential; you’ll build sophisticated financial models from first principles. Power BI is advantageous, and SQL knowledge is a bonus. A degree or professional qualification is preferred but not required; your analytical ability, commercial curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.
