THG Ingenuity is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the finance team on-site in Manchester, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of financial planning, commercial analysis, and business partnering, building a full P&L view across the group’s divisions and understanding the drivers behind the numbers. Key responsibilities include running the weekly forecast and month-end close, coordinating BU submissions, producing variance analysis packs, supporting reforecast cycles and cashflow/balance sheet modelling, and contributing to the monthly board pack. You will build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis, contribute to process improvements (including automation/AI), provide commercial analysis and challenge on contract pricing and proposals, partner with operational and commercial teams, review commercial clauses with legal, maintain the centralised CLM database, and lead ad hoc analyses on business performance, client profitability, or trends as required. Requirements include ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, experience in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel skills, the ability to present analysis clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
