World of Tanks: HEAT is a cross‑platform tank MMO shooter currently in development. We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Wargaming team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This role involves turning gameplay vision into deliverable iterations and enabling the team to ship high‑quality features reliably. You will work with a Delivery Manager and Feature Owners to plan, execute, and continuously improve delivery, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment between design and implementation.

Planning & Delivery: Plan iteration and release scope based on product priorities, feature scope, and team capacity; ensure realistic commitments; run estimation and shape quarterly roadmaps, monthly releases, and bi‑weekly iterations; collaborate with teams to identify the best implementation paths; monitor delivery progress and adjust plans to maintain predictability; identify risks early and drive mitigation actions.
Process & Facilitation: Follow and support team processes within our broader framework; facilitate core ceremonies (refinements, planning sessions, and preparation for monthly and quarterly cycles); move features through lifecycle phases (Concept → Prototyping → Production); track delivery metrics (throughput, cycle time, defects, velocity) and use them to drive decisions; identify bottlenecks and improve flow across delivery pipelines; drive continuous improvement of team processes.
