THG is seeking a Sales Manager for ESPA in the UK to lead ESPA retail accounts and omni-channel partnerships, delivering sustainable and profitable growth. The role is based in the THG Manchester office (five days per week) with occasional UK travel to partner meetings, trade shows and retail store visits. You will report to the Head of Sales Multi Brand EMEA/UK and manage a team of up to two direct reports. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the UK sales strategy, building and nurturing relationships with key retail partners, and creating Joint Business Plans in collaboration with Brand, PR, Social, Education, Demand Planning, Supply Operations, Finance, Credit Control and the ESPA Spa team to ensure partner success. You will oversee UK stock planning, demand forecasting and product assortments based on SKU performance, market trends and brand campaigns. You will collaborate with Brand Marketing to deliver a consistent 360-degree omni-channel experience through assets, point-of-sale materials and visual merchandising. You will analyse partner performance, monitor competitor activity and tailor commercial initiatives to each retail partner.
