Assistant Sales Manager (12 Months Fixed Term Contract) based in Blaby, England, United Kingdom. This on-site role supports International Franchise, Sales & Operations in expanding the Next portfolio. You will act as a central coordinator driving product development and commercial execution between wholesale partners, the Arctic team, and regional territories.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Wholesale team and the Design Manager to organise partner meetings, assist in setting up product presentations, and co-present key trends to the Arctic team. You will create detailed territory documents with images and style references, and manage end-to-end communications for sample ordering, pricing requests, and delivery timelines to meet deadlines. You will facilitate alignment with UK buying teams, conduct meetings with Arctic for style selection, and maintain pipeline visibility across different retail phases to keep UK managers informed of style progress.

Additional duties include preparing and maintaining style worksheets, tracking development sample progress, and finalising pricing with Arctic and the Wholesale team. When technical challenges arise, you will coordinate with Territory Product and Technical Managers to resolve issues related to blocks, fabric bases, embroidery, and print techniques. You will also oversee the P&P process, coordinate with the Territory Fabric Manager for NIS updates, and share SCS documents while monitoring production progress to ensure orders align with delivery schedules.
