This position is based at our Elmshorn or Kaltenkirchen site. For team collaboration, you are usually on-site 1–2 days per week and, as needed, on-site for additional days. On the remaining days you work flexibly from home or at our Hamburg-Ottensen headquarters. The position is initially limited to 12 months, with a possible extension for a permanent hire (not guaranteed at this time).

Your mission: - Manage open positions from A to Z – from active outreach to offer - Find creative ways to attract suitable talent for open roles at all levels in logistics & production – from production worker to Head of - Work closely with Hiring Managers, advise on an equal footing and steer the entire process - Be a reliable part of our TA team, take responsibility and support cross-team collaboration - Contribute to recruiting & employer branding projects – with ideas, structure and implementation

Your experience & skills: - Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment or in staffing agencies - Ideally familiarity with recruiting for production and logistics roles - High motivation for recruiting in production and logistics and the drive to attra
