ASIC/SoC Silicon Test Engineer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced ASIC/SoC Silicon Test Engineer to drive silicon test development, bring-up, verification, and ATE-driven quality improvements for TPU hardware at Google. You will develop silicon test requirements with internal design teams and external vendors, lead SoC product NPI bring-up, verification, characterization, and qualification, including bench testing, troubleshooting, test coverage optimization, and correlations of defective parts per million and system-to-ATE coverage. You will collaborate with design, DFT, and quality teams to drive best practices for post-silicon testing and provide backstop support for chip production, including test program upgrades, release procedures, volume data analytics, test time reduction, yield improvement, and RMA analysis.
