Glossier is seeking a Seasonal Editor to join our Los Angeles store team on a part-time, on-site basis. The Editor will contribute to every step of the customer journey, from product demonstrations and recommendations to processing purchases and returns, working across front- and back-of-house operations. You will be trained in all store functions and will support leadership in delivering experiences that reflect Glossier’s Selling Ceremony and customer experience standards. Responsibilities include delivering hospitality-forward service, expanding product knowledge, building relationships with customers, and supporting in-store events and activations. You will collaborate with leadership on inventory packaging and store logistics, and you will help maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience with POS systems or inventory management is a plus, and 2+ years in retail or hospitality is preferred.
