OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our onsite team in London. You will deliver insights across the full commercial ecosystem, spanning customer experience, retailer investment effectiveness, marketing and sales performance, and the post-purchase and onboarding landscape. A core part of your remit will be designing, building, and maintaining a marketing and sales performance dashboard in Looker Studio underpinned by Google BigQuery, surfacing metrics such as campaign uplift, halo effects, retailer investment impact and market share across products and markets. You will analyse customer journeys, benchmark competitors, oversee content performance, and support onboarding and ecommerce promotions using platforms like GWI to create digital personas and audience profiles. You will collaborate with CX, marketing, product and ecommerce teams, HQ and local market stakeholders to ensure insights inform decisions at every stage. This role requires strong analytical capability, data modelling and SQL, and the ability to translate complex questions into dashboard logic and actionable recommendations.
