AI Engineer (Middle) – join an AI Team focused on automating business processes and delivering AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity. We use AWS, Go, Python and cloud-based models, blending ready-made tools with custom solutions to deliver real, measurable results. The team has delivered AI capabilities including a customer care chatbot, voice solutions, speech-to-text services, and an integrated HR automation ecosystem. You will be a key specialist in a cross-functional group working closely with backend engineers and other LLM specialists.
Develop and manage AI/ML pipelines using Large Language Models, including model selection, configuration, robust wrappers, and end-to-end data storage and retrieval. Work with advanced prompts, set up RAG-oriented data sources for efficient retrieval, and evaluate outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance. Implement and refine OCR solutions to read, analyze, and validate business documents, including extraction of entities and data verification. Design experiments and A/B tests to compare prompts and pipelines, using metrics to drive product decisions and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the team, review code, and ensure high-quality solutions. What makes you a great fit: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, ML pipelines, and model integration.
