DPD is seeking a top-class Secretary to support the National Sales Manager - South at the UK's favourite parcel delivery company. We are looking for an excellent performer who has a creative flair and the ability to produce high-quality presentations. The role provides confidential senior-level administrative support, including creating high-level reporting and executive summaries from internal and external systems (Excel, Google Docs), and acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries and escalations from departmental senior management and the DPD board (SMT). Regular preparation of presentations and reports to a high standard, predominantly using Keynote. Organise venues and catering for Sales Team meetings and other business events as required. Produce memos, minutes, letters, recruitment documents, liaising with HR as required. Manage holiday entitlement, absence/sickness, and the Sales Team Annual Leave Calendar via DPD's internal portal. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information. Other tasks as designated by the National Sales Manager-South.
