ZUFALL logistics group, a family-owned logistics company with over 2,000 employees at 11 sites, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in blue-collar recruiting. You will own the recruitment for blue-collar roles, including drivers, warehouse, and handling staff, by developing creative and pragmatic measures and selecting the right channels. You will work closely with leaders and HR business partners, guiding them through the hiring process and managing the full cycle from needs assessment to offer. Active sourcing will be used to proactively approach suitable candidates, and you will contribute to continuously improving our recruiting approach. Requirements include a completed commercial apprenticeship or studies in HR, business, or a related field, and experience in recruiting—ideally in blue-collar, logistics, industry, or production. Strong communication, initiative, and a structured working style are essential, with willingness to travel between our sites. Work location: Göttingen or Fulda, Germany.
